Oops! perhaps you are missing Fazal too much ( these days ) as I do, and sorry being ordinary on that regard.
My intention was to let people read and know the depth this achievement. I heard India also have been planning / trying to achieve this goal since 8 to 10 years ago. Given the number of population, vast area, various community and language etc., making the job even more difficult for them.
