Just as falls come and go, new leaves emerge but the forrest remains the same year after year, BCB Head hancho changed with renewed promise (same ol' promise by the way). This time el president'e has not only promised but kinda put a garantee to it.
1) decentralization of BD cricket. (One of my desire to see before I leave)
2) National and International games in districts.
3) BCB would be independant. Now I see some power struggle here with "National Sports Council".

Past history: Every president would have a committee to do this job. The committee would even meet few times. Then "jei lau shei kodu".
Oct 25, 2009 in the 1st meeting there will talk of decentralization. Wow!!
