Giving older players a chance is not a problem , they can give chances to 30 year olds but 35 years of age is a bridge too far , and not every country is the same. Australia can afford to give debuts to 35 year olds because they have an endless supply of good players to replace the 35 year olds when they retire, we on the other hand need to give time to young players at international level as most of them are not ready. Shakib, Tamim and Mushfiqs are the players they are now because of years of experience in international cricket. The young players need time .
