BCB needs 6 months to write tender specification, then another 6 month to actually have the tender, then another 6 months to have the delivery of the floodlights, then another few months to install. So lets say about 2 years if they want to buy floodlights and install them. So it is better to relocate floodlights from Rajshahi. Just do it with whatever they have. Then it will take then another 12 months to reinstall back to Rajshahi again. It's called BCB management with no plan or vision.
