Same is a family. Organizational principles work in similar manner. Players and family members both have their responsibilities/obligations to the org. You may not like it but, I used it, since I find it quiet similar. The situation we/I are/am in.
I see the irresponsibility part more vividly in both the cases, while they aren't hessitant to extract pleasure/benefit due to their position. It's a shame full act and I intentionaly brought in the premise of a family, because we expect that level of care and responsibility from a coach at this stage of our cricket.
