Lawson had a tough style of leadership when he was the captain of NSW team, he obviously won't be favorable to who may undermine the appointed captain.

That is what Greg Chappell tried to do with the Indian team by kicking out Saurav from the team. But in that case, Saurav wasn't a challenge to Rahul's authority in the team, at least he wasn't trying to be one. Rather, Chappell found out Saurav to be a challenge to his own authority. But to me its all good, for Bangladesh team at the moment.
