I had written this part earlier today to be posted at night. I have now added Ehsanul to my team. This gives 8 bowling options.

I think against test teams we should definitely have 5 frontline bowlers in the form of Masri, Manju, Tapash, Talha and Rafiq. Then comes the (sort of) all rounders in Kapali and Ashraful. So we have 7 bowling options. Plus of course Rokon, Sumon, Hannan/Ehsanul and Pilot. Surely, this is a little weak in batting, with a relatively long tail. The way our batsmen bat most of the time the entire team looks like the tail. I really think that now, our bowling is better than our batting. One batsman more, or less, may not make much of a difference, but one regular bowler versus one part-timer could make a huge difference. Nothing will please me more than seeing that our batsmen prove me totally wrong. (They have done so a little bit today). Excluding the 5 specialist bowlers this side really has 6 batsmen. However, against non-test teams we can drop one of the 4 pace bowlers and include another batsman - probably Sanwar. The other 3 players - Shujon, Ehsanul/Hannan, and Tushar may be included, depending on injury or lack of form of others. If there is a place for Shujon I will back him as experience will matter also.
