yes it will go H2H. so if BB wins, 3 team will have same points and most wins among these 3 teams will go through.
BB will be out even if they win. Loss for RR would mean that both DR and RR will have same no of win among these teams so whoever have better NRR will go through. RR can go through even if they lose but the margin have to be very small coz atm RR's NRRR is -0.43 compare to DR's -0.55.
