Anam is a businessman, not a politician. I don't think it's his fault that politically run divisional sports bodies are corrupt, inept, and have to be supervised with every penny that are given to them.
As I mentioned in another thread, it's just waste of time and resource that BCB is trying to decentralize cricket through regional bodies. What they need is a B league (football) style nationwide club league.
