Here is a rough draft of the questions i will send before i call him. I hope i have included all your questions. We will eventually have to prune the questions and leave out some. I would like to keep it to 6 questions max!

)First things first! I understand that you have been following the tigers in England, so what is your reaction and observation about the recent matches in England?

)The change from handling Western Australia to U-19 Bangladesh is quite a leap, what problems, challenges do you forsee and what are your thoughts about handling them?

)What was it about the Bangladesh job that piqued your interest? How did you come to know about the Bangladesh Under 19 coaching assignment?

)You'll be following in the footsteps of Richard Mciness. Any trepidation coming into a situation where expectations on all sides might be a bit high?

)What will you bring from your experiences at Western Australia? And I understand that you were a specialist coach for fast bowlers. Anything that you would like to see incorporated in Bangladesh?

)How far can a coach go in trying to improve a player?

)There are a lot of technological aids for coaches nowadays. And also cricket coaching has progressed towards technology and science. What are your intuitive feelings about this?

)In terms of facilities and infrastructure for cricket, let’s face it, you are moving from a developed setup to a developing infrastructure. Do you have any personal concerns about this?

)In terms of coaching, who do you see as a role model? Why?

)As Bangladesh is nurturing future talents in the form of the High Performance unit, we have seen how players have been inducted into the test team with few or no experience in first class cricket. This has resulted in selection problems as the inadequate first class structure is unable to gauge the suitability of players for test roles. What are your thoughts, vision and plans about selection and the role of the HPU?
