Many of the details have not been worked out yet
We hope that all of the "full members" and "affiliate members" (
http://www.simulationcricket.com/members.php) + 2 other sites which we expect to get teams together in the next few weeks/months will take part in the "World Cup".
I will post more details in the future, but the World Cup won't be for another few months. That is not to say however, that you can't have a series or two between now and then
