Default Pathetic performances and painfull memory

Couldn't find any word to describe BD's pathetic performances. Being team in England means i had the opportunity to see the game live and cheer them up but unfortunately, I have to say, our team gone backward rather than came forward over the past couple of years. I took two of my srilankan mate with me and feel regret now, not for me but for my mate to take them at Lord's cause they just wasted their hard earn money for nothing.

I have identify few reasons why they have showed this Mediocre performances.....

1. They never had experience on playing English condition. (although U19 visited but it's in different level when u playing against national team)

2. No matter how much talent they have got still they (Shahadat and Rahim) did not had much experiences in international level. So they shudn't be playing (i know every body performed badly).

3. Remember when Tendulkar selected for national team and picked for W.Indies, they restricted him not to play against W.Indies cause in case he lost confidence by facing their fearsome fast bowlers and got out cheaply. I think BD management put extra pressure by giving debut those two against world 2nd best team.

4. We wud have needed specialist bowling and batting coach for the team who wud be able to give special advice and tips.

5. Team shud be come to england at least 2 months before and played minimum 7/8 practice matches against county team.

6. English condition is totally different then rest of the world. We know Australia got hard and bouncy wicket but still england pitch is different, bowl is always swing on both side and sometimes unpredictable bounce too. So, i just feel our players did not had much ideas about the condition.

I am sure there could be other things involved for that medeocre performances but i believe those mention above ar the few important one.
