Thanks for your valuable point (rafiq). I have said that they gone backward in a sense that they got ride of experience player so quickly. You have made this pont by identifying "constant shuffling of the team" . You always need mixture of youth and experience. But it seems our management always favour the younger one. If we wud have few more experience players in the team, regardless of the inexperience of the condition i believe team wud be do much better and younger players wud perfomed better.
