well it is common trend in Subcontinent then when team does badly , they sack the captain , first , but this is wrong , the Bagladeshi Cricket Board should realize that changing captain is not a solution to Bangladeshi Team"s problems , at the moment Shakib Bhai is the only guy in Bangladeshi team after Tamim Bhai who can captain the side there is no one else so i think Bangladeshi Board will have to rue their decision
