Current bunch of batsmen (Bashar, Ashraful, Rajin, Javed, Mashud) have played sufficient number of 4 or 5 day cricket to understand the value of wickets.
IMO, playing 50 more 4-5 days matches will not make any difference, some sessions with psychologists might help of polish the upper chamber.
