Hotel and airline food tend to be on the bland side for a reason, they don't want folks to get sick and damage their reputation. It is reputation that enables them to charge obscenely high prices gladly paid by showy local patrons looking for prestige in a society that has had its moral priorities subverted.
As "western" breakfasts go, try almost any of the smaller inns in the GBB area. Just as good and less that half the price.
