But what happened to ODI nomination??
Even after taking 49 wickets and topping the wicket takers list for the year, you tell me Mashrafee missed out on the ODI player of the year nomination??
Not even among the top 19 who were nominated??
Irrespective of the opponents, he took more wickets than anyone which included a career best of 6-26. He had, almost single handedly ( beside rafiq), spearheaded what is otherwise a mediocre bowling attack of Bangladesh.
I find it quite amusing that he was not even nominated.
Disgrace i say.
