Default What is wrong with Pakistani cricket?

I was just going through their team trying to find out why they lost the match. Some of the statistics really surprised me. Very surprising given that Pakistan is an established test side.

The whole Pakistani batting line up from the last match has only two batsmen who average above 35. Shocked? Just see their averages below:

Imran farhat averages 34. (and only 17 in Australia)
Salman Butt averages 29
Faisal Iqbal averages 26
Mohammad Yousuf averages 53 (Averages 34 in Australia)
Umar Akmal averages 55
Misbah averages 33 (In Australia 25)
Kamran Akmal averages 33 (In Australia only 14)

I find it difficult to understand what a Faisal Iqbal is doing at no3 with an average of 26 over 10 years? Can't they find a better no3? Butt averages 29 over 10 years. What is he doing in the team? What are all those batsmen (except Yousuf and Umar) doing in that lineup? Is that the best they can find? If that's genuinely the case, I am very worried about the future of Pakistani cricket. I am not at all surprised that this team lost that bad in the last match. They don't have a single batsman with any decent records in Australia.
