Took the picture sent by Tehsin and sent it to FBI for further investivation on this. This is what they replied me.

Upon investigating the picture you sent us, we tried tracing the bugs found on the sweets. It was concluded that these bug currently grow only in one place of the world. There is a district called Chittagong in the country named Bangladesh, where these rare bugs are from. Also, we looked at the colors around those bug and identify them placed after the sweets were surve. Which implies sabotage.
If we are to tie all dots together, it is our professional assesment that, someone from Chittagong placed these bugs on the sweets after it was served.
We hope this was enough information for you to apprehend the culprit.
