There are just 9 Test Team head coaching jobs in the world. This is not an experiment. You'd better be good or you will be gone before the two years is up. BD cannot afford to slip backwards here. There is HUGE pressure on...
Sorry to butt in but most pressurized job in the world? Can't agree with that. I agree it isn't easy to be a BD coach and there is a lot of pressure but think about Australia and England. If they a couple of series, their lives become hell. Same for India. Reason is, they have a whole lot more expectations. So yes being a BD coach has pressure added to it but as much as other countries.
