Yeah totally Gupal, Right next door there could be a medical equipment sales (or rental for people who are not going to last that long, like me - although my wife and I couldn't afford BP bhai's nursing home anyway) - like oxygen cylinder, life support machine, adult diapher, heart medicine etc. Meherpur Pharmacy & Drugs and Sons.
And a Bhaat-er Hotel with a sign board with painitngs of Morog + Kala (black) Goat - 'Ekhaney Morog Pulau pauwa jai'. ..for people who will be coming to see old timer like T-E at the Nursing Home, from far far away land.
But for Buira perv people like T-E - Bengalipagla bhai, you must hire/employ very fine looking nurses.! That might increase his hayath!
