PCL stands for port city league.....it is basically a chittagong based tournament....and it is in its season 2 this year.....it is based kind of like the ipl model but obviously miniature proportion.... but this year the tournament is to be held in sharja, UAE
players also get auctioned to get into a team ;only the local players..... last year tamim iqbal fetched the highest bid which is something around 8 lakh that is usd 12000
per match
as far as i know, one of the teams noakhali top sports signed up abdul razzak and rana naved of pak for the tournament
