Yes pace bowling is a major issue in Bangladesh but its certainly solvable. First alter a lot of your Cricket pitches and make them fast and bouncy so that not only it encourages our fast bowlers but our batsman can play the short pitched ball with ease which I'm sorry to say, has been our downfall. Question; why do you think the 4 subcontinent teams have have the best spinners compared to the non-subcontinent teams? - its because of their pitches that's why!
