Bingo....answered your own question.

This is due to the shifts that have taken place in Cricket. Cricket as a sport changed to cricket as a business. The ruler of cricket has been side-lined by the servants of cricket, the Indian sub-continent. The cricket it was is no longer the cricket it is or will be. Cricket the culture has changed it's course and no longer has the time or intent to be cultured the way it use to be.....

Think it will change?.......for sure; but change in a new way....not the old. But do I think that's right......hell NO.
