I think you will find Lawson did work with the national team as he reported on Rubel. There was an article about it in the Daily Star. Would have been limited time though but probably enough to get them thinking right.

Sarwar Imran has been with the team and now squad for a couple of months. He is definitely out in Zimbabwe as bowling coach and assistant coach/translator I believe. He was the national bowling coach at one time previously I think, too and works with the academy and development players as well.

I cannot comment on his coaching ability. I can only tell you what needs to happen, as it did when I came into that role.
