I like Pybus's approach. He's very positive, very organized, very practical. Tbh i was hoping for a more higher profile coach like Geoff Marsh or even Trevor Bayliss. But now i am happy with Pybus. He has a good support team, and he ll also have the support of RM. He is not taking a drastic new approach, rather improving and working on the good work done by Siddons and Law.
So things are looking good for BD cricket. Now i hope we can appoint specialist batting, fielding and bowling coach for the academy. Not saying we need foreign coaches. Involve guys like Salahuddin, Aminul Islam, Rafique. Why should Salahuddin work in Malaysia, when he can aid the development of our youngsters! BCB needs to appreciate what he has done for our players, and bring him back.
