That's good to hear then, we really want our selectors to find guys who show promise and have the discipline, no more ashrafuls(like the current one-wouldn't mind the one who smashed the english). Pilot being a selector isn't a bad idea IMO as he has seen many players first hand. all the best to habibul and the new selectors-hope they do a good job
