Shouldn't Siddons be complimented as well for this man's success? People often relate Tamim's success to Siddons, i think Jamie has done a good job with both Imrul and Zunaid, though Imrul showed more promise.
On topic: Imrul seems to have a lot of passion for cricket; his own cricket academy (while he himself is in a learning curve) is a testament of that.
