ICC, BCCI and ICL talks fail

The ICC, BCCI and ICL have failed to reach an agreement on the ongoing dispute between the Indian board and the rebel Twenty20 league after their meeting in Johannesburg. The ICC said that no further discussions are scheduled and that it will place the ICL's request for official recognition before the executive board.
