You can take a screen shot by pressing the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard.
After that run MSpaint my going to "Start-->Programs-->Accessories-->Paint" .
On MSpaint goto "edit-->paste"
Than "File-->save as". and save the file.
Now go to an imagehosting site like
http://www.imagehosting.com/ and upload your picture from you Harddrive by pressing the Browse button.
It will gove you a link when you are finished uploading. When posting a message you can press the picture button on top and paste the link provided by imageshack website. Or you could use html tag your self.
