Whether you are 17 or 37 basic remains the same, but not the blood. When you are 17 your blood tends to be more hot while at 30 it not that hot. With age mental maturity comes and the player understands the playing condition well. So age is important. That's why we see Australia doesn't gamble these days by putting too young players on the track.
