Hence I support capital punishment. Only a few of these fighters can be rehabilitated. Otherwise most of them will need to be under constant surveillance for the rest of their lives. Extreme waste of resource and tax money for some scums. Dont forget that they number in hundreds if not thousands from places like France and UK.
