First to be a professional in any thing you have be humble and accept advice.
Rice is nothing but trouble for any professional. He means well, trust me. You need strength, stamina, speed, skills, agility and patience to become a sportsperson. Rice will
not give you any of that.
My recommendation is running. Daily 5/10 k running with a good pace. You increase the distance every week. That is also right after Fajr. Remember without Stamina, speed there is no future in Sports. You are an early age. You need to grow bigger and stronger (even
if you are already 6 feet).
