I always thought that Papon was the kind of board president BCB needed.
But to be honest, he always acts late. He has always talked about similar things like the BPL corruption scandal will be taken care of but it took eons before that happened. Then again can't blame him. Everything was looking rosy after the NZ series. Who would have thought that we would have such a slump that we would be reduced to losing to Afghanistan and HK on home turf?
