Figured Bangladeshi project management slippage would take hold, and no way would the project be completed by 2017-18.

Regardless, it's an awesome opportunity, and if we have development partners willing to work with us, a much more affordable(in the long run) and sustainable method of power generation.

Thing is, we've heard about Rooppur forever and ever, my question is why haven't successive governments acted on this before(don't care about the politics), logistics? will? money?
