If you have all the matches in one or two stadiums then they are bound not to be filled. Afterall fans also have their limits. For the love of game they will not watch all the games.
Great marketing is not required. Simply have Home and Away games. You create local fan base and in each stadiums less number of matches. More people come to watch the matches.
