Pakistan is a bad example. Their problem is elsewhere.
Looks at Australia, India, NZ, England and how they are replacing their non performing/retiring senior players over time.
Nobody is asking replacing performing players....a non-performing player (senior or junior) need to be replaced from the team. And it doesn't need to be permanent.
