I aks you a simple question. How many MOM does he has? How many games we won with him and without him (percentage wise)? You will see, how that validate that "nobody is irreplaceable". Player need to be replace for performance, retirement or due to injury. Over time good teams replaced super star players (age/injury/performance).... this is part of the live of a test playing nation. If we are not capable to do so, then we shouldn't be playing at this level in the first place... period.
