Just to correct you, Dhaka doesn't have any more money than anyone else. The BPL has spending limits and all franchises can spend the same, all have the same choices and all have the same access to players. So the success runs far deeper than on the field.

Having been involved directly in the Banglawash and back-to-back wins now in BPL1 and BPL2, I am unsure what extra credentials I could prove - if proof were needed - of being able to help BD to move forward.

I can confirm that the Projapoti is alive and well. Many of my UK students can bowl it, it's just that here, the UK newspapers don't hype it all up

I offered my services to work on a specialised Pace Academy to the BCB way back in 2010. Unsurprisingly, I am still waiting to get that contact from them.

Let's hope Dhaka Gladiators can go forward now to the Champions League and do BD cricket proud.
