The 5 pillars of progress: -
1. Sporting tracks.
2. More serious, better merchandized, promoted and covered FC and List A cricket with age-based, multi-tiered teams (A, U19, U15), and quality coaches, physios and facilities.
3. Increase the number of NCL matches to 15/15 from 10/10.
4. Pay players enough to make gambling and debauchery-based club cricket redundant.
5. Create players good enough to be invited abroad to play in Australia, South Africa, Sri Lanka and England.
