^^ Maybe you're right. But Joy is pretty hard working from what I hear. He worked hard with Salahuddin during BPL to increase his range of shots. Since selectors included him in the ODI squad from the last series, it's just fair that he should be given the opportunity to work with Siddons-Domingo for the time being, and let them make a fair assessment of him before making a decision about him one way or the other.
Munim is still an unknown quantity. As per Sujon, who has been working with him for last couple of years, Munim needs to improve his fielding (he did drop a catch in the last match) and his endurance (he collapsed after a T20 match last year, albeit he batted the full 20 overs).
