It mostly depends on the captain of the team. I would have preferred to be in the teams of Dhoni or Shane Warne. They care about their players. Yuvraj is probably the third best option. At least that gives some chances to hug Pretty Jinta after winning a match.

Rahul Dravid is at the other extreme. The only match Razzak played under his captaincy, RD did everything to humiliate him. I have never seen Razzak such short of confidence. RD was denying singles when batting with him, even though there was no pressure of winning. That was ridiculous.

Mumbai will be bad as well. Usually Mumbai guys do not rate Bangladesh that high. Laxman seems to be NOT a good administrator. Under Dada they can get a Bangladeshi flavor; but I am sure Dada will handle Bangladeshis differently than foreigners.

Playing in a strong team has the advantage that when you are winning, usually the team atmosphere is better and more friendly.
