I agree, BD did improve a bit in 2008, but still the passion and hunger to win is not evident, players crumble under pressure, cannot defend their wickets, become intimidated by a stronger side.
Mentally, they are not tough, cricket is mostly a mental game and when they overcome this weakness, then they can improve.
they also need rigorous coaching camps, not just afew days before an international match begins.
JS should know this, and work more diligently with these young guys.
