naeem and riyad are alright in one-dayers, but they're not test class spinners, besides they can both be used as batting allrounders and moved up the order and dropping one of the batsmen and bringing in another spinner (which would have to be shuvo or alok in one-dayers because of their batting, unless you think a nasir, shabbir, noor or mahmudul is ready). in tests riyad and naeem play as batsmen with an extra spinner being played.

pacers i'd leave shahadat out of one-dayers, make him a longer format bowler if anything (think we have better prospects in the longer format as well). mash should lead in one-dayers with rubel, shafiul as the 2 other main pacers and subashis as back-ups (and maybe emon once he's got some experience and put in some performances). in tests you take the pacers i just mentioned for the one-dayers and add robin. these should be the main pacers focused on, but we don't want to foget about rasel, nazmul, dolar, robiul and ziaur or the u19 pacers but we need to start focusing on the players who have the best weapons and that means the pacers who have the pace and can swing and/or seam the ball and hopefully the accuracy comes in time (obviously they should be working on it and not just expecting it to happen).
