Great news! they're opening a
Fogo de Chao in NYC this winter...unfortunately they didn't have one in the tri state area until now so steak lovers like me would have to drive all the way to Philly to have a taste of the best Brazillian steak.
Eversince I found this thread I decided to try my Sirloins and Ribeyes cooked rare and medium rare and I must admit I became a fan instantly...I like my steaks with minimal seasoning - pinch of salt and cracked pepper only. Nothing like having iftar with high quality steaks cooked just right...
