LOL bro please stop with these code of conduct rules. All rules and punishment are subject to discretion of boards. these minimum maximum are very arbitrary. you can argue and try to defend that the approaches do not fit their definition.

All players from all boards are not treated equally. And this is an inappropriate punishment. And specially for a player of his caliber - a brand ambassador of global cricket. It's not always so black and white.

It's like those non violent drug crimes that get 20 years in prison. Yes by books definition you can justify the duration but the "criminal" in this case is some black lady from the hood so it's ok. But it doens't really fit the crime
