I ask you (my fellow members) again.

Is it Walsh's responsibility to select the final 11 in the team? If not why blaming him for someone else's incompetence?

If you don't like like the team, the blame it to the final decision maker. To my knowledge here it goes in order

1. The captain has the final say who plays in the final 11. he should get the most credit/blame for the final 11 selection.

2. The head coach (in the background, can influence a lot if we have a weak captain). he have some say who gets into the final 11. He should get the some credit/blame for the final 11 selection. Also he is influencer who gets into the final 14 based on current selection structure.

3. The Selectors are suppose to select the final 14, and that's their prime responsibility.


So why we are blaming Walsh for the final 11 selection? This is absurd.

If you feel that our FBs are not progressing under his leadership, then blame him for that. That's a fair criticism. But blaming him for some one's else incompetence (final team selection)? That is not a fair criticism my friend.

btw i am not a fan of Walsh, the FB coach.
