Default South Africa risks becoming a pariah state for world cricket.

With most teams voting yes to the big 3 vote,S Africa will vote no.After the fall out over the South Africa India series, the politics,S africa voting NO could mean the new pardigm means the big 3 may not play S Africa.
Odds are the ICC table will now be defunct so the big 3 teams will play teams on financial reasons.Odds are India won't make an agreement with South Africa as they voted No and Lorgat in power.
It will be bilateral relationships that matter in the future, not who is no 1that will become defunct.
Fact is if you don't vote for this proposal the effect is teams won't play you.
How this effects S Africa they will earn less than Pakistan, and maybe even less if India decide not to play S Africa.
S Africa risks its financial future if it does not back this proposal.
