This should be a lesson for young Bangladeshi players.. that it doesnt matter even if you are the best Bangladeshi player or even the worlds number 1 allrounder, for IPL, you are still a 'Bangladeshi' player..and will not be playing 99% of the IPL season.
The best bowler ( Mashrafee), the best batsmen at that time ( Ashraful) and now (Tamim), best spinner ( Razzaque) and best allrounder ( Shakib) all had to sit out and never played regularly, if played more than more than 3 games a season. Whilst IPL management team have their own reasons for selection, since these players DONT get PAID if they arent part of the teamXII, theres no point for joining IPL just to be sitting in hotels and spend the few pocket dollars on Indian products..You might as well enjoy time with freinds and family, work on techniques and recover from injuries etc. during the off-season!!
