well hopefully all of the batsmen will be averaging over 30 if not very close to 30. the numbers roughly went from under 20 to mid 20s between WC 2003 and WC 2007 for the bastmen and allrounders (most of them) nafees and shakib have great averages but they've already dropped a bit since the WC especially shakibs average so maybe he should just focus on his batting for now because imo that's the most important atm. realistically if he can hold a batting average in the 40s and the others hold their current averages or improve on them then we should be able to open up a bowling spot for shahadat hossain in the one-day team, which would make a big difference in the bowling attack.
